Spatial Identity Intensive

Clarke & Co

The space works. But it doesn't feel right.

It functions. Everything is technically fine. But it doesn't reflect who you are,

how you operate, or the experience the room is meant to create.

You feel it every time you walk in. You just haven't been able to name it.

You Recognise It When:

• You turn your camera off so no one sees where you actually work

• You dread sitting down to work and you have blamed everything except the room

• Guests spend less than they should and you know the room is why

• People leave and it leaves no impression on any of them

• You live in it. But you have never owned it.

• You have made it look nice. It still does not feel like you.

A short call to assess fit. We will discuss what is currently not working in your space and whether the Spatial Identity Intensive is the right next step. If it is, I will walk you through how the process applies to your environment.

What It Is

The Spatial Identity Intensive is a structured process that identifies where your space contradicts who you are, and resolves it. Not through renovation.

Not through styling.

Through a precise diagnostic that shows where your environment is misrepresenting you, and makes deliberate changes that bring it into alignment with your true identity and purpose.

What Changes

When a space finally reflects who you are, the shift is immediate. You stop avoiding it.

You walk in and feel settled. The room starts working for you,not against you.

For founders

— You get on camera without thinking about what is behind you. Your environment confirms your authority before you say a word.

For homeowners

— The space finally feels like it belongs to you. Not styled for someone else. Yours.

For hospitality

— Guests feel it the moment they arrive. They stay longer. They come back. The space leaves an impression.

That is not interior design. That is spatial identity.

The Diagnostic Framework

The Intensive looks at your environment through three lenses:

Territorial

Does this space feel deliberately owned or does it quietly communicate that no one has claimed it?

Atmospheric

Does the environment support the way people are meant to feel in this space? Or does it quietly work against them?

Symbolic

Does this space say the right thing about who you are and what happens here? Or is it telling a different story?

These lenses surface the friction most people can feel but cannot identify — and show exactly where your space is contradicting your identity.

A Recent Example

Mary is an academic, practitioner, and business owner who conducts high-level consultations and teaching from her home workspace every day.

Before the Intensive, her workspace was a functional catch-all for family storage. The environment fractured her focus. On video calls, the background was a cluttered mix of boxes and linens, forcing her to rely on virtual backgrounds to hide the space. Her family had to walk behind her during live calls to access storage, disrupting her workflow and forcing her to turn her camera off. Because the room felt unsettled, her work had bled into her living room and bedroom, making her entire home feel like an office.

Through the Spatial Identity Intensive, the space was strategically repositioned and zoned. Family storage was routed completely outside her camera range. Her backdrop was curated with intentional objects, books, and art that reflect her identity as a traveller and practitioner.

Her words afterward:

"The background looks academic and professional now. I don't feel a rush to blur my camera because I feel good about what's behind me. It highlights who I am as a practitioner. Because the space is designated, I don't take work to the living room or bedroom anymore. The house no longer feels like the office. When people walk up the steps, I feel a sense of pride instead of having to say, excuse the mess. It has brought out better work productivity and absolute clarity."

How It Works

Phase 1 — Strategic Diagnostic

A 2-hour session examining your space through all three lenses. We identify the specific friction points and define what the space needs to support. You leave with a written diagnostic, not a mood board, a map.

Phase 2 — Implementation

Over 2 to 3 weeks, targeted spatial changes are made. This is not a renovation. It is precise, deliberate work, removing what creates friction and introducing what allows the space to reflect and support who you actually are.

Phase 3 — Stabilisation

A final session to assess the shift and embed the changes. You also leave with a framework to maintain spatial identity as your life, work, and business continue to evolve.

What You Leave With

• A written spatial diagnostic outlining exactly where your environment contradicts who you are and why

• A clear set of layout and positioning changes tailored to your space

• A prioritised action plan so you know what to address first

• Specific recommendations for removal, adjustment, and key additions

• A framework for maintaining spatial identity as you continue to evolve

Optional:

light sourcing direction for key pieces if needed.

Who This Is For

Anyone whose space is not doing what it should for the life being lived in it, the work being done in it, or the experience it is meant to create.

This is a fit if:

• You feel a gap between what your space says and who you actually are

• You avoid the space, work around it, or feel friction every time you are in it

• You sense something is wrong but cannot identify what or where to start

• You understand that environment shapes how people feel, think, and behave and you are no longer willing to tolerate one that misrepresents you

This is not a styling service or an aesthetic refresh. It is a strategic alignment of your space with your identity and purpose.

A Note

After years of working across different spaces, the same pattern kept showing up.

The space would function. It would look considered. But something was off.

Not in a way people could explain. But in a way they felt every day.

That is where this work comes from.

Investment

Investment starts from $2,400.

Final pricing depends on the size and scope of the space.

This call is to walk through your space, identify early signs of misalignment,

and confirm whether this process is the right fit. If it is, we will map next steps together.

If it is not, you will still leave with clarity on what is not working.
